We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate to fill the role of Molder Machine Operator. This full-time, 1st Shift position is based in Simpsonville, SC, and offers an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to a culture built on quality, integrity, and teamwork. This position is responsible for performing various tasks to set up, operate, monitor, and run multiple types of machinery that produces superior products following Essential Cabinetry Group’s machining processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • Ability to read measuring instruments required
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical skills- required
  • Ability to Read Blueprints, Schematics and Manuals preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of different manufacturing machines

Responsibilities

  • Support the C.A.R.E values of the organization.
  • Follow plant safety and environmental policies and keep work areas clean and orderly.
  • Assembling products and parts using basic hand tools.
  • Measure materials for conformance to blueprint specifications using a variety of measuring devices.
  • Following production guidelines and specifications.
  • Finalizing and packaging products for shipment or movements.
  • Operate/monitor different machines within the cell during daily operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops with minimal assistance/supervision.
  • Conduct inventory and component inspections and/or audit to specification, as required.
  • Maintain charts, logbooks, databases, as required.
  • Meet daily production goals and understand cycle time requirements.
  • Store products and materials.
  • Meet the deadlines of individual production tasks during shift.
  • Report on defective products or equipment.
  • Perform and maintain accurate finished goods traceability.
  • Escalate concerns for material, technical, and quality issues.
  • Performing other tasks as assigned.
