About The Position

We’re seeking a skilled Machine Operator to support our automated warehouse systems. In this role, you’ll monitor and adjust equipment parameters—including pressure, temperature, and humidity—to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality and timely movement through the facility.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience operating automated or processing equipment
• Familiarity with WMS, MFCS, and WCS systems preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust automated and high-pressure processing equipment to meet production standards.
• Perform equipment parameter adjustments to maintain system efficiency and product quality.
• Monitor equipment readings and address performance deviations promptly.
• Operate forklifts to move products between staging and processing areas.
• Record accurate production and system data in WMS, MFCS, and WCS systems.
• Identify and report equipment issues, escalating when needed.
• Support customer onboarding by testing products through processing systems.
• Follow all company safety, food safety, and quality procedures.
