Our Bakery schedule is expanding, and we are hiring Machine Operators in our Medford manufacturing facility. These positions will directly contribute to the production of household pizza brands known and loved by American families. We seek ambitions, skilled and team orienated candidates who have equipment (or machine) operator expereince and/or an aptitude for fast pace, detailed orienated work. Machine Operator Pay: Starting hourly pay of $26.25/hr $3.00/hr shift differential for the PM shift Machine Operator Hours: 2-2-3 Schedule Days: 6A to 6P Nights: 6P to 6A A "2-2-3 schedule" refers to a common work pattern where employees work two days, has two days off, then work three days, repeating in a 28-day cycle to provide 24/7 coverage, with 12-hour shifts, balancing work and frequent long weekends. Machine Operator Work Enviroment: Industrial bakery environment with heat (50–80°F), flour dust, gas vapors, compressed air, rotating equipment, and loud machinery. Fast-paced bakery environment with conveyors, oilers, dough systems, slippery floors, and low-clearance equipment.

Requirements

  • Mechanical and troubleshooting ability.
  • Strict adherence to safety, LOTO, and GMP protocols.
  • If hired, you will be required to train on one of our three 8-hour shifts: 1st (6a-2p) 2nd (2p-10p) 3rd (10p-6a)

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work in one or more of the positions listed at the end of this description (see below).
  • Monitor product quality and adjust equipment accordingly.
  • Troubleshoot jam conditions, system faults, and equipment failures.
  • Maintain sanitation through cleaning
  • Complete all documentation, audits, and paperwork accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with Bakery, Assembly, and Supervisory teams.
