About The Position

As a PMC Mobile Patient Engagement Analyst, you will be in a patient-facing role focused on the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed to increase patients’ active interest and involvement in use of technology.  This role works to facilitate technology’s use to support patients' utilization of health care and services. This role will understand the patient’s journey and patient’s experience and how the use of technology drives that experience and interaction with care delivery.  Working cross-functionally with PMC leadership, the MPEA leverages data-driven insights to solve engagement barriers, improve patient-provider communication, and drive measurable outcomes.  The MPEA analyst will spend roughly 75% of work hours on-site across various clinical practices to ensure direct engagement with frontline staff.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in business or other related or 3 years' experience in a PSR or Medical front office role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare technology, front office operations or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Works with Leadership to Identify, and/or evaluate applications, and information technology solutions for patient consumption that helps advance the clinics’ mission of quality care delivery.
  • Maintains a consistent physical presence within the practices to shadow staff and observe patient interactions, ensuring technology solutions align with actual clinical workflows.
  • Partners with Patient Experience gather and analyze patient and front-line staff feedback and usage data to identify areas of improvement for the mobile healthcare platform, patient applications, and patient care information systems.
  • Work with leadership teams, cross-functional teams, including product management, design, engineering, and clinical teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance patient experience.
  • Conducts regular "listening tours" and on-site feedback sessions with clinical and administrative staff to ensure their voices drive the continuous improvement of digital tools
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create patient education materials and communications that support the use of the mobile healthcare platform.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback from patients and staff to continuously improve the mobile healthcare platform and patient care information systems.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in mobile healthcare technology and information technology solutions to ensure the organization remains competitive in the marketplace.
  • Acts as clinic trainer on MPE products and conducts onsite training and feedback sessions with staff to work to optimize the solutions
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the mobile healthcare platform, information systems, and provide high-touch training and support to clinical and administrative staff as needed.
  • Employ project management skills that ensure successful implementation of recommended or existing technology platforms utilized by the clinic.
  • Other duties as assigned.
