About The Position
Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician II to join our Salem team! For this position, we are seeking a motivated self-starter who enjoys working with a team and excels in a fast-paced, flexible, and hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional who values good communication.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of two years of experience in property maintenance or building engineering.
- Must own or have access to a properly insured vehicle for use in business transportation needs, as well as maintain a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Experience in property/apartment maintenance, including minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
- Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
- Maintain common, garbage dumpster, and trash receptacle areas.
- Complete apartment turns.
- Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
