The Mobile Maintenance Technician will be responsible for Preventative Maintenance on building equipment primarily in DC, some work in MD and VA as well. The Mobile Maintenance Technician will conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections of the system and associated equipment. Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Salary $25.00 per hour. Reliable transportation, mileage paid. On-call duties as required.
