About The Position

Princeton Property Management is looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Technician II to join our Salem team! For this position, we are seeking a motivated self-starter who enjoys working with a team and excels in a fast-paced, flexible, and hands-on environment. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional who values good communication. Must have a minimum of two years of experience in property maintenance or building engineering. Must own or have access to a properly insured vehicle for use in business transportation needs, as well as maintain a valid driver's license. We are offering $26.00 to $28.00 hourly depending on experience, including a monthly $150 auto and $50 phone reimbursement.

Responsibilities

Experience in property/apartment maintenance, including minor electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
Maintain clean exterior of grounds, including adjacent streets, which affects curb appeal daily.
Maintain common, garbage dumpster, and trash receptacle areas.
Complete apartment turns.
Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and thoroughly.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working area.
Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
