About The Position

The Mobile Maintenance Technician is responsible for traveling to multiple properties to perform general maintenance, repairs, and service requests. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong troubleshooting skills who can work independently while maintaining high-quality standards and customer service. Vehicle to be provided.

Requirements

• 2+ years of general maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of basic construction, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders as needed
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience in property management or apartment maintenance
• Familiarity with work order systems or mobile apps
• Basic understanding of preventative maintenance practices

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned properties to complete maintenance and repair tasks
• Perform general repairs including: Drywall patching and painting Minor plumbing repairs (leaks, fixtures, toilet resets) Basic electrical work (light fixtures, outlets, switches) Door and window repairs/replacements
• Complete exterior maintenance such as: Pressure washing Minor carpentry and trim repairs Railing and deck repairs
• Diagnose issues and determine appropriate solutions in the field
• Communicate clearly with property managers, tenants, and team members
• Document work performed, including photos and notes
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle (if provided)
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
