About The Position
This role supports retail sales events by providing customers with a comprehensive and welcoming experience in a mobile showroom environment. It involves engaging customers to understand their needs and recommending appropriate products and services while supporting sales associates. Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Less than 2 years 6 months Retail experience in high volume environment (Preferred)
- Less than 2 years 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance by collaborating with retail and partner sales associates during events to meet sales targets
- Build community partnerships by networking with local businesses to increase brand awareness and support event participation
- Engage proactively with diverse customers to provide product education, answer inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and support sales associates to adapt to the event environment and deliver consistent customer experiences
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
