Mobile Connections Advisor Day To Day: Act as a primary point of contact for residential customers seeking wireless sales solutions Guide customers through complex wireless technology options, monthly billing options, and any upgraded features during the sales process Listen attentively to customers' needs, requests, and challenges Provide clear and understandable information about AT&T wireless solutions Learn how to process sales orders to complete sales regularly for customers Help customers make informed and confident decisions Ensure customer productivity and connectivity through appropriate solutions Foster strong relationships with customers based on trust and understanding
