The MCR also performs courier services, business development, and customer service related duties. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, continuously supporting the clients’ business banking needs through a variety of efforts including handling inquiries, requests, and transactions, and act as a mobile courier, multi-tasking sales and service representative for the Bank. The MCR is responsible for picking up all required materials at local post office locations and gather items for their daily route; they are to carry all necessary forms and supplies with them on their assigned routes. At the end of the day, the MCR is required to make sure their vehicle is clean, all mail has been sorted and placed in the proper locations, and all end of day paperwork has been completed. All proof work should be distributed accordingly and materials for Lockbox and other Departments accounted for. Payments must also be delivered to Admin Teller and logged, so that all deadlines and materials can be processed in a smooth and efficient manner. A typical day might include: Driving a route with 40 different stops and interacting directly with Branch associates and with banking clients. Or, receiving and delivering all incoming items through our SCLogic Tracking System in a fast and accurate manner. You may end up sorting and prioritizing delivery of mail and packages for a campus building delivery runs: collecting and accurately processing all outgoing postal mail from every department. The MCSR also supports both the Procurement and Facilities Departments as needed.
