About The Position
Learn to develop production, qualification and characterization test programs for RF/mixed signal connectivity devices on state of the art Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) Help debug design and process related yield and performance problems Learn to develop new DFT concepts and test techniques to improve test efficiency and reduce cost of test Work in close collaboration with Design, Validation, Systems Engineering teams as well as your Test Engineering mentor to help ramp new devices to production.
Requirements
- Student pursuing Masters or Bachelor of Science degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Self-driven, able to take ownership and initiative
- Strong programming background (C++, Java or Python)
- Fluent in English
