About The Position

Paul Davis Restoration of South Atlanta is seeking a reliable, hands-on Mitigation Technician who takes pride in quality work, follows procedures accurately, and can take initiative when the job requires it. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, steady, consistent, and committed to doing things the right way the first time. As a Mitigation Technician, you will respond to property damage emergencies and help homeowners recover from water, fire, mold, and storm losses. The ideal candidate is someone who works with precision, stays focused in fast-paced situations, and can step up and take action when needed.

Someone who is dependable, consistent, and takes pride in craftsmanship
Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach
Ability to follow procedures accurately and produce high-quality work
Comfortable working independently once trained
Good problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in challenging environments
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

Professionally represent the Paul Davis values, vision, and mission
Perform water, fire, mold, and storm mitigation services following established standards
Set, monitor, and adjust drying equipment
Complete thorough job documentation, including photos and moisture readings
Maintain organized vehicles, tools, and equipment
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
Participate in rotating on-call schedules (nights/weekends)
Follow all safety and compliance protocols
