Professionally and compassionately help property owners put their lives together after a flood, fire, or other life changing event. In this capacity you will be working alongside our Mitigation team in assisting in communicating with property owners, staff members, material providers, and subcontractors. In addition, you will help with project scheduling, follow-up, and managing the paperwork flow. The Project Coordinator provides assistance to the Emergency Services Department by coordinating project activities related to mitigation and contents projects. Their main duties are to ensure the continuity and efficiency of each project from start to finish through clear communication to all parties involved. The Project Coordinator handles multiple projects within a fast-paced environment and is open to constant changes and challenges. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual who can manage multiple projects at once in the absence of day-to-day guidance.
