About The Position
Sentara Careplex Hospital s hiring an inventory Control Specialist for the Emergency Department . Full-time Weekly scheduled hour: 40 Shift: Rotating Establishes and maintains supply PAR levels, conducts stock analysis for all warehouse and vendor direct purchases. Education: HS - High School Grad or Equivalent Experience: Related experience 3 years Sentara CarePlex Hospit a l , located in Hampton, VA, is a 224-bed technologically advanced, acute care facility, and Certified Primary Stroke Center. Other features include specialized services in heart and vascular, urologic care, along with advanced diagnostic and surgical capabilities, a hospitalist program, and one of the state's busiest emergency departments. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Performs physical inventory, analyzes daily usage in comparison to levels and balance quantities with needs of the department.
- Monitors cleanliness and sterility of environment.
- Coordinates daily operations for supply maintenance and availability.
- Some departments may require equipment cleaning.
