About The Position
Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors. Job Overview: The Mission Trainer – Team Lead leads the DCD training program, developing curriculum and delivering training on DCD capabilities, services, and Army intelligence systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or IC within the last 15 years, OR Associate's degree with 12 years' experience.
- 5+ years demonstrated experience conducting training at U.S. locations.
- 5+ years drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards.
- Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences.
- Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and deliver training material driving intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
- Provide lesson plans and curricula in support of educational goals.
- Review emerging policy and doctrine publications and incorporate into training products.
- Develop and maintain training records and tracking systems.
- Lead Mobile Training Teams (MTTs) to various locations.
