About The Position
Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors. Job Overview: The Intelligence Solutions Integrator – Team Lead leads intelligence data integration and information sharing efforts with bilateral and multilateral foreign partner organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree with 7 years' experience or High School Diploma with 9 years' experience accepted.
- 8+ years of experience related to intelligence solutions with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
- 4+ years demonstrated experience leading a team in intelligence operations.
- 4+ years demonstrated experience providing data integration support.
- Demonstrated experience working with foreign partners on intelligence sharing.
- Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
Responsibilities
- Lead team conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
- Work with bilateral or multilateral partners on intelligence information sharing and data/system interoperability.
- Deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
- Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and complex reports.
