Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors. Job Overview: The Data Integration – Team Lead leads data integration efforts supporting the Army Intelligence Enterprise and coordinate with bilateral/multilateral partners on intelligence data interoperability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree with 7 years' experience or High School Diploma with 9 years' experience accepted.
DoDD 8140.01 IAT Level II certification (must have within 30 calendar days of indoctrination).
4+ years demonstrated experience providing data integration support.
4+ years leading a team in intelligence operations.
Demonstrated experience working with foreign partners on intelligence data/system interoperability.
Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

Responsibilities

Lead team conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
Work with bilateral or multilateral partners on intelligence information sharing.
Deliver professional briefings to diverse audiences.
Draft and maintain documentation including Standard Operating Procedures.
