The Defense Sector is seeking a Mission Command and Control (MC2)PBO/Fielder Senior at Fort Campbell, KY. This position will support the PdM MC2 mission. Candidate will develop and perform logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, and evaluating the execution of Integrated Product Support (IPS) for PM C2I and PM APPS system encompassing new and emerging technologies. Responsibilities Cradle to grave intensive logistics management to support a complex, major weapon system from concept through field deployment keeping sustainment considerations at the forefront. Management and interface with logistics element managers, contract support services, training facilities, Integrated Logistics Support Management organizations and other service users at contractor facilities. Develop, modify and prepare various logistics documents/ processes to support the system throughout the program Life cycle. Management of procurement of PM C2I and PM APPS related equipment by utilizing various government ordering processes/systems such as LMP and MILSTRIP Requisitions, DLA and CHS orders / tracking, DLA, etc. and utilization of ELMS/DPAS Responsible for all phases of Army fielding process to include de-processing, inventory, hand-off and scheduling with Military users for hand-off (transition) of PM C2I and PM APPS systems to the unit Primary Hand Receipt Holder (PHRH). Duties also include coordinating office space, equipment storage space, equipment movement, and execution of fielding for all systems. Reviews packing lists, receiving documents, bills of lading, inspection reports, and other actions for material receipts against contract orders to verify accuracy of equipment received, quantity, and other pertinent data. Receives, checks, visually and physically examines all incoming equipment, parts and process and accept these items for issue/storage/shipping. Communicates with respective Fielding Managers to inform them of issues, status and reporting of fielding effort(s) as required. Provides daily comprehensive reports regarding fielding issues. Efficiently and accurately communicates with the principal property and sub-account holders on procedures for replacement, transfer and turn-in of property items. Ensures all documentation is reflected accurately on DA Form 1348, DA Form 1149, and DA Form 2062. Ensures compliance with hand receipt holders on regulatory requirements of the Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP). Ensures inventories are conducted for accountability and enforce regulatory compliance. Assist units in obtaining disposition instructions from Program Managers. Operates material moving equipment such as forklifts, manual pallet jack for inside and outside holding areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics and 2 or more years of Army Logistics Fielding or 6 years training and directly related experience in related Army MOS in lieu degree requirements.
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Must knowledge and/or experience with C2I equipment.
  • Knowledge of DODAAC Querry, DPAS/ELMS, DRMO.
  • Must have experience with and/or knowledge of the Responsibilities listed above.
  • Must have the ability to work as part of a team, or independently as required.
  • Must be able to travel CONUS/OCONUS 50%.
