About The Position

Purpose of the Job: The Ministry Support Administrator serves Victory Church by providing a high level of administrative and organizational support across all our locations. Experience and Knowledge Required: Desire and proven ability to lead and build teams to accomplish the mission of Victory Church. Ability to articulate the m ission, v ision and values of Victory Church . Superior interpersonal skills working with a variety of people from the tribe. Positive attitude and approach to problem solving.  Must be solution oriented. Must be a team player, people-oriented, and customer service minded. Computer competency in Microsoft Office, etc. Excellent editing and proofreading skills. Willingness to work after hours or on weekends when needed (regular office hours are Sunday through Thursday). Humble Spirit, strong work ethic, commitment to excellence

Responsibilities

  • Regular data entry pertaining to our locations
  • Processing digital connect cards, updating profiles in Planning Center, Outlook calendar, and other tasks as assigned. This includes managing all digital and paper processes for our locations
  • Communicating via email to tribe members to help them take Next Steps
  • First point of contact for the location and assists with answering the phone
  • Assist the locations teams with keeping a running list of needs, upgrades, location goals, supplies, etc. This includes helping to maintain excellence inside and outside the facilit ies
  • Build team for the location you are assigned on Sunday
  • Communicate well and often with the Location Pastor s on all location needs, updates, teams, and tribe members
  • Assist with answering phones and managing the front desk at the Ministry Support location
