As a Mini Bar Attendant, you'll be responsible for maintaining and replenishing guestroom mini bars, ensuring that every item - from snacks to spirits - is perfectly stocked, clean, and presented. You'll manage daily inventory, accurately post charges to guest folios, and uphold the standards of cleanliness and organization of the Mini Bar. Additional duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age (required by California law to handle alcoholic beverages)
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined verbal communication skills.
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working at a hotel/resort preferred

Responsibilities

  • Restock, rotate, and organize all mini bar products in guest rooms according to brand standards.
  • Accurately post charges for consumed items and reconcile daily inventory.
  • Ensure all mini bar areas and equipment are clean, operational, and well-presented.
  • Report any maintenance or product issues.
  • Maintain an organized storage area and assist with monthly inventory counts.
