Experience our modern interpretation of a Hollywood original. The primary role of a Mini Bar Attendant is to effectively maintain the guest room mini bars. Their job duties require style and service attributes that are key to creating a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by interacting with guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner while maintaining proper etiquette at all times.
• Manage and maintain minibar inventory for all guest rooms, accurately recording consumed or missing items and ensuring proper billing procedures are followed.
• Keep minibars clean, defrosted, fully functional, and stocked with fresh products that meet expiration standards.
• Maintain organized and clean minibar work areas, monitor supply levels, and place orders according to Room Service Ordering SOPs.
• Promptly communicate guest requests, service issues, or charge discrepancies to supervisors, adhere to Do Not Disturb (DND) procedures, uphold appearance and uniform standards, and collaborate positively with coworkers and supervisors.
• All duties will be performed in accordance with The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel’s policies and procedures, along with any additional tasks as assigned.
