Requirements

  • 6+ months of prior relevant customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

  • Auditing systems or accounting experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Review charges/credits in the Minibar Suspense/Dispute accounts
  • Move credits/charges to the correct guest folio
  • Settle guest accounts accordingly and in a timely manner
  • Create and update Excel Spreadsheets
  • Research variances to ensure charges are posted correctly
  • Research all guest disputes
  • Work closely with the accounting team
  • Perform weekly money transfers
  • Answer telephones and respond to general inquiries
  • Direct work orders and guest requests pertaining to the Minibar
  • General office and paper filing
  • Interact with peers
