About The Position

Join our team as a Mini Bar Attendant and play a key role in shaping each guest’s experience. From keeping in-room amenities perfectly stocked to offering a genuine smile that brightens their day, you’ll help create memorable stays that guests will talk about long after checkout.

Requirements

1+ years of prior relevant experience in guest service
Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

Maintain predetermined inventory in each guest room’s mini bar
Maintain, track and complete daily worksheet for mini bar stock
Properly complete, maintain and track inventory in assigned storerooms
Maintain and complete assigned floors and rooms requesting mini-bar service
Report mini-bar concerns to management including any guest issues
