Mini Bar Attendant
About The Position
Opportunity:Mini-Bar Attendant Provide guests with a fully-stocked and well-maintained mini-bar on a consistent basis throughout their stay, while servicing them in a friendly manner consistent with brand and/or hotel and sustainability standards. Essential Functions Inventory all guest mini-bars on a daily basis and post the appropriate charges to the room prior to guest departure. Clean the mini-bars on a regular basis. Inspect all equipment and ensure excellent working condition. If repairs are needed, inform the Engineering Staff. Maintain a fully stocked inventory of all mini-bar items. Stock the mini-bar cart with necessary items in order to complete rounds Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. Perform any other job related duties as assigned. Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction. Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program . Practice safe work habits and use required safety equipment. Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Requires organization and flexibility and a problem solving approach to all duties.
- Ability to be mobile for significant distances within building on the property.
- Must have the ability to communicate in English.
- Work schedule varies and may includeworking on holidays and weekends.
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching;stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
- Ability to push/pull 60 lb motorized cart.
