About The Position

We are looking to add a Miner Maintenance Technician 1 to our growing Miner Maintenance Department. As a Miner Maintenance Technician 1, you will be responsible for repairing and troubleshooting Bitcoin miners. This on-site position will directly support our miner maintenance operations at our Corsicana, TX location.

Requirements

Excellent multitasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to bring attention clearly and promptly to any major errors in the Data Center that involve the Miner Maintenance team.
High School Diploma or GED or relevant experience.
Computer literacy is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Networking and Computer troubleshooting is preferred.
Miner repair/Operator Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform basic diagnostic techniques to all miners on-site.
Perform basic repair techniques to all miners on-site.
Assist in keeping inventory of miners, parts, and tools.
Find IP addresses of all new machines that are being installed into shelves.
Provide complete information for work orders to be submitted to supervisor.
Keep the miner repair room and work area clean and organized.
Craft new RJ-45 connections.
Be confident when reciting terminology that is relevant in the industry.
