Requirements

Must have Basic general electrical knowledge.
Must have strong working relationships with plant personnel.

Responsibilities

Ensure that all tools and equipment used are accounted for when work is completed.
Ensure that clothing worn does not become contaminated causing possible carrying of ingredients, especially allergens, to other areas.
Ensuring the cleaning and sanitizing of tools and equipment when completed.
Must have Basic general electrical knowledge.
Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, filter changes, and visual inspections.
Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs under the supervision of senior technicians.
Support equipment changeovers and sanitation procedures to meet food safety standards.
Document maintenance activities and report any irregularities or safety concerns.
Follow all safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), confined space entry, and PPE compliance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance work areas.
Must have strong working relationships with plant personnel.
Other duties as identified or assigned By Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor
