About The Position

We are looking to add a Miner Maintenance Supervisor to our growing Miner Maintenance Team. The Miner Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of mining operations. In this position, you will oversee a team of maintenance technicians responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mining equipment and systems. Your focus will be on minimizing downtime, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring all work meets safety and operational standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position will directly over see our Miner Maintenance Team at our Corsicana, TX location.

Ability to bring attention clearly and promptly to any major errors in the Data Center that involve the Miner Maintenance team.
High School Diploma or GED or relevant experience.
On the job training is provided.
Basic tool use and Computer literacy is required.
Experience with Computer troubleshooting, and repair is required.
Prolonged periods standing and walking.
Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time.
Must be able to bend, reach, stoop and pull.

Nice To Haves

PCB repair certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

Receive instructions from Miner Maintenance Manager and submit workflows to the Miner Maintenance team to follow during operation.
Develop training procedures, Standard Operating Procedures and other helpful materials to shorten the length of time to train a new employee.
Work with contactors on site to keep tabs on the progress of their work. I also assign work and notify their teams of when a failure has happened.
Consult and advise on development of internal software features
Keep inventory of every miner on site and its current settings, Hash rate, repairs needed, etc. All this information must be within compliance of SOX regulation.
Support each assistant supervisor when dealing with personnel conflicts and giving advice when disciplinary action must be taken.
Follow an on-call schedule to be able to respond to any mass failure within the mine that causes the miners to stop hashing.
Submit and approve Purchase orders from the Miner Maintenance team.
Interview and offer input in hiring of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Technicians
Research new repair methods within the industry and stay on top of the game to ensure the optimal hash rate
Organize and prepare employees for outside training such as the Maintenance repair course and the operation course in the past.
Supervise the commissioning of new miner installations and provide the new information our SOX Team and be able to show proof within the pool settings.
