Your Role: An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the company as Milwaukee, Wisconsin Site Controller, also supporting the Sheboygan Falls site. As a key business partner, you will steer data-driven decisions and drive financials results while supporting a high growth manufacturing site within our network. Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure costs are well managed and support the end goal of delivering on our growth strategy while also aligning to internal controls. Support major CapEx investment initiatives through case support, financial evaluations, and mentorship through our investment approval process. Provide leadership to our shared accounting service organization and compliments their work with local accounting entries. Maintain a wide array of financial analytics including output performance, compensation analysis, variance analysis, budget v. actuals, and efficiency performance. You have a strong ability to analyze financial data and communicate key messages to steer site leadership and influence results. Location: Milwaukee, Sheboygan, or Madison, WI Preferred; Greater Chicago, IL area or remote possible Travel: <10%; International and Domestic

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree – Business major and minimum 5 years of professional work experience
  • SAP or Oracle Experience - Finance and Controlling modules
  • Minimum 3 years of financial analyst/accounting/ or manufacturing environment experience
  • Minimum 3 years of product costing and variance analysis
