American Cabinet Factory is more than a place to work—it’s a place to build a career around precision, craftsmanship, and pride in what you create. As an MBG company, we focus on quality over shortcuts and long‑term growth over quick output. We invest in people who care about details, take ownership of their work, and want to sharpen their skills in a professional shop environment. Here, your craftsmanship is visible, your experience is valued, and your work directly contributes to finished spaces that people use every day. If you’re looking for a place that values accountability, consistency, and pride in the finished product, you’ll find it at American Cabinet Factory. Drafter role involves collaborating with project and shop coordinators to develop detailed millwork design plans that balance aesthetics and functionality. Responsibilities include producing accurate shop drawings, generating G-Code for CNC machines, and managing the engineering, fabrication, and installation processes. The position requires compiling material take-offs, selecting appropriate materials, maintaining precision in all documentation, and staying current with industry trends and technologies. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for coordinating with team members, updating drawings based on site visits, and resolving technical issues. The role also includes maintaining thorough project documentation and supporting production workflow in partnership with the shop foreman. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
