We are currently looking for a Mill Sales Manager to clearly understand the needs and concerns of our customers. In this position, you will play a key role in building and maintaining solid working relationships with customers and our internal Valmet network. You will promote Valmet solutions for our customers covering a territory within the Western part of the United States - Oregon, Washington As the key point of contact for regional clients, building and maintaining relationships while confidently understanding the customers' needs will be a strong priority. With your technology background within the Pulp & Paper industry, and understanding of customer needs, you will successfully convert our customers' needs into effective solutions for all aspects of their process. You have the lead in developing and executing sales plans to improve customer’s processes and to increase competitiveness,. You are also responsible for collecting and documenting customer feedback, call reports, and learnings to help improve future Valmet Service, solutions, and agreements.
