Location Address: 1000 South 2nd Street Job Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The associate is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned: Collect samples and perform temperature analysis of incoming milk loads and storage silos to ensure raw materials being received meet pre-determined standards. Clean and sanitize Tankers, lines, and all equipment associated with the receiving process ensure compliance with food safety standards. Direct tractor trailer drivers on correct docking locations. Conduct monthly sanitary inspections on all work areas and silos to maintain cleanliness standards. Responsible for maintaining the commitment to food safety and food quality in compliance with Weis Markets, DEP (Department of Environmental Protection), PDA, FDA and SQF etc.

Requirements

• Working towards completion of a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
