Requirements

• Working towards completion of a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

Responsibilities

• Collect samples and perform temperature analysis of incoming milk loads and storage silos to ensure raw materials being received meet pre-determined standards.
• Clean and sanitize Tankers, lines, and all equipment associated with the receiving process ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Direct tractor trailer drivers on correct docking locations.
• Conduct monthly sanitary inspections on all work areas and silos to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Responsible for maintaining the commitment to food safety and food quality in compliance with Weis Markets, DEP (Department of Environmental Protection), PDA, FDA and SQF etc.
