performing all team assignments maintaining housekeeping starting, running and shut down HTST monitoring equipment controls, butterfat, product temperatures, and make adjustments as needed recording daily production activity and regulatory information perform basic mechanical adjustments cleaning and sanitizing HTST, support equipment, and tanks interacting with staff, associates, and regulatory personnel other duties as assigned
