More about the role This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Regional Sales Manager for Outdoor Lighting in the Midwest with Signify. Drive growth in a high-visibility category where innovation in energy savings, controls, and sustainability is accelerating faster than ever. Your influence will reach across municipalities, universities, DOTs, and major commercial customers—impacting large-scale spaces used by thousands every day. You’ll be the go-to expert for our sales teams and agents, guiding solutions that differentiate Genlyte from every competitor. Identify new opportunities, open doors with key decision-makers, and shape long-term strategic direction. Work with best-in-class technology and a market-leading portfolio with unmatched brand reputation

Requirements

  • Proven success in Outdoor lighting, infrastructure, or related solution-selling
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities and drive growth in competitive markets.
  • Skilled communicator who builds trust with agents, distributors, and end users.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical solutions into clear customer value.
  • 5+ years of experience related to Sales in the Lighting or adjacent industries with similar GTM models
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or direct work experience in lieu of a degree
