RePublic Schools serves more than 2,900 scholars across seven schools in Nashville and Jackson. We are the only charter network solely committed to reimagining public education in the South—rooted in love, achievement, and belonging, and grounded in equity-driven practices that honor scholars’ identities and lived experiences. We are seeking a Middle School Literacy Instructional Coach who believes deeply in adolescent literacy development, rigorous grade-level texts, and the power of strong teacher coaching to drive scholar achievement. At RePublic, our instructional beliefs align with The Opportunity Myth, which demonstrates that scholars thrive when they have access to grade-appropriate assignments, strong instruction, deep engagement, and educators who hold unwavering high expectations. The Middle School Literacy Instructional Coach is expected to model and champion these beliefs, ensuring teachers design learning experiences that honor scholar brilliance, cultivate critical reading and writing skills, and expand opportunities for academic success.
