The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Mid-Level Systems Design & Integration Specialist to join the team in New Orleans, LA. The Systems Design & Integration Specialist will be responsible for performing system integration, hardware and software installation, configuration and disposition of servers and workstations to support the architecture in the New Orleans area.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience maintaining and/or developing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics
  • 3 years of experience handling complex CI/CD pipeline orchestration for Windows applications
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software systems
  • Experience with windows application integration, repackaging, and lifecycle management
  • Experience with vendor management

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with IT operations automation on the Windows platform

Responsibilities

  • Provides problem resolution and technical support for delivery systems
  • Provides support for the design, validation and configuration management of computing delivery systems
  • Administers users system access and works to protect information to meet security requirements
  • Monitors system performance to support capacity planning, backup and disaster recovery planning
  • Monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPI) performance
  • Works close with vendor management
