Software Integration Systems Engineer (Mid-Level or Senior) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) is looking for a Software Integration Systems Engineer to join their team in Richardson, TX . This position will serve as an individual contributor for the P-8A Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) Training Systems Integration and Test team. The Integration and Test team provides software integration for the P-8A AAS Training Systems which consists of a weapons trainer simulator, electronic classroom for desktop instruction, and a mission planning station. This position will support the software team in the integration of the AAS software baselines. The position requires collaboration with the software owners to ensure proper device operation after the software components are integrated. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently in a challenging, fast-paced environment. This position requires a lot of collaboration with other teams and the customer, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate will support the training devices in Dallas as well as retrofitting the training devices at customer sites.
