About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level Integrated Planning & Schedule Specialist to join our team in Tukwila, WA. In this role you will be on working with internal cross-functional teams to develop & maintain project schedules for the BGS Programs in Puget Sound.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead and/or support preparation, development, and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements
Lead and/or supports the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functions, product groups, suppliers, and partners of moderate complexity
Lead and/or supports studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints involving product development, , process improvement, program initiatives
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Candidate must be highly motivated, possess strong analytical skills, organizational skills, and have strong interpersonal communication skills

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in program planning, project management, integrated scheduling and/or related disciplines.
• 3+ year of experience in scheduling software tools: MS Project, Milestones, Primavera, Open Plan Professional, etc.
• 3+ years' experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and/or initiatives.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) applying Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) requirements
• Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. OPP, Milestone Pro, Microsoft Project etc.)
