Requirements
- Must be admitted to the Illinois bar in good standing
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential
Nice To Haves
- Ideal candidates will have experience in commercial & real estate transactions
- Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate formation, due diligence, and stock and asset sales preferred
