About The Position

At Innovative Hematology (IHI), we offer a future where people with rare blood disorders flourish. Our experts provide the highest quality comprehensive services and holistic care to patients with bleeding, clotting and other hematologic disorders, and to their families. The Microsoft Systems Administrator helps support the organization’s server infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft cloud services and endpoint management. This role assists in maintaining, configuring, and supporting Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and Windows Server environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum Associate’s degree (preferred), or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years related working experience preferably in Microsoft environment
  • Valid driver’s license and insured automobile required

Responsibilities

  • Support deployment, configuration, and policy management within Microsoft Intune for Windows and Jamf for macOS.
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to the appropriate person.
  • Investigation and implementation of new software technology as needed to meet the needs of Innovative Hematology.
  • Provide administrative support for Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Respond promptly to requests for technical assistance through the Help Desk support system.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployments.
  • Assist in managing Entra ID (Azure AD) users, groups, and conditional access policies.
  • Assist supporting server operating systems and system software.
  • Monitor system resources to pro-actively address issues or quickly resolve unforeseen issues.
