About The Position

Our company is seeking an experienced Microsoft M365 Administrator to manage and maintain the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment. You will deploy, configure, and support M365 services—including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, CoPilot, and Teams—ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. Your role will include troubleshooting, user support, security hardening, backup/recovery, documentation, and close collaboration with IT teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in M365 administration
  • Expertise with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with user account management
  • Experience applying security best practices and testing M365 updates
  • Familiarity with disaster recovery and backup strategies for cloud services
  • Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft certifications such as:
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate
  • Hands-on experience enabling and administering CoPilot and Power Platform services
  • Knowledge of M365 security best practices: least privilege, admin role management, MFA, and conditional access
  • Experience with backup/recovery for cloud and hybrid environments
  • Familiarity with Power Platform admin center and environment governance
  • Experience configuring Entra ID RBAC, PIM, and admin account guardrails

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment to ensure optimal performance, security, and availability.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, PowerBI, Power Automate, Power Apps, CoPilot, and Teams.
  • Provide support for M365-related issues, including user account management, permissions, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance and resource allocation of M365 services.
  • Ensure security and compliance of M365 services through patch testing, updates, and application of required security configurations.
  • Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions for M365 services.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and policies related to Microsoft 365.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to support M365 requirements and integrate solutions with other systems.
  • Deliver training and end-user support on M365 services, tools, and best practices.
