CGS is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform & Dynamics 365 CRM Pipeline Lead (Level II) to serve as the technical lead and system owner of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales environment. This role is responsible for architecting, governing, and optimizing our enterprise pipeline management framework to ensure forecasting accuracy, disciplined opportunity progression, and data integrity across the growth organization. The position focuses primarily on Dynamics 365 Sales configuration, opportunity lifecycle management, business process flows, and CRM governance within a federal government contracting environment. While collaborating on Power Platform automation and reporting initiatives, the core mandate of this role is ensuring that CRM functions as a scalable, structured growth system aligned with CGS’s business development strategy.
