If you want to learn more about our interview process, and culture, click here: https://goziro.com/careers/ What you will do Own the end-to-end flow of Microsoft-sourced and Microsoft-influenced opportunities Drive a consistent, value-driven co-sell motion with Microsoft sellers, CSAMs, and CSAs Ensure deals are co-sell eligible, properly registered, and transactable through Marketplace when required Track, report, and maintain momentum on Microsoft pipeline, wins, and deal-level engagement Own Partner Center hygiene, compliance, and marketplace readiness (profiles, solutions, offers) Track, claim, and report on all eligible Microsoft incentives and funding programs with 100% accuracy Build and maintain strong working relationships with relevant Microsoft field roles Position ZIRO within Microsoft-led GTM motions, plays, and strategic priorities Own Microsoft partner status, designations, competencies, and program advancement strategy Activate partner-to-partner opportunities through Microsoft Identify execution risks or declining Microsoft engagement early and escalate proactively Establish a clear operating rhythm and simple process for engaging Microsoft Serve as the single operational point of contact for Microsoft execution Provide clear monthly reporting on co-sell activity, pipeline, incentives, and blockers Own outcomes, execute quickly, and remove friction Own and accelerate opportunity creation through the Microsoft Marketplace by activating co-sell motions, driving marketplace transactions, and working closely with Microsoft sellers and partners to turn listings into pipeline and closed revenue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Microsoft Alliance Manager or in a similar alliance-focused role
  • Relationship building. Proven ability to build and sustain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders. Turning relationships, signals, and marketplace activity into qualified pipeline and closed business.
  • Process excellence. Detail- and process-oriented, with experience building, implementing, and scaling programs
  • Drive engagement with Microsoft field sellers and partners to uncover, create, and advance net-new opportunities, proactively.
  • Cross-functional collaboration. Comfortable liaising with multiple departments and external stakeholders
  • Performance management. Ability to define, track, and achieve value-driven KPIs
  • Strategic thinking. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to turn strategy into action
  • Open to up to 20% travel as required
