The Mid-Atlantic Division is looking for a Micro-Market Sales Manager who develops, implements and oversees merchandising and marketing differentiation to ensure our programs and strategies effectively capture the needs of our diverse market The Sales Manager ensures the achievement of category performance with a focus on the Division's top-line revenue through execution of micro-planning programs, detailed vendor collaboration. Micro-Market Clusters include, but are not limited to, Ethnic and Multicultural, Premium/Super-Premium, Value, Resort/Shore, College, etc. The Sales Manager will assist Merchandising & Marketing Coordinators and Operations Specialists in developing promotional plans and goals with local execution, local marketing, and micro merchandising strategies to drive incremental performance. Sales Managers will ensure these operations are consistent with established Company policies and objectives.
