About The Position

Manager, GTM Strategy & Sales Effectiveness to join our Enterprise GTM Strategy & Operations team. Your goal is to architect the ecosystem of field momentum. You will move beyond standard reporting to design the incentives, competitive frameworks, and performance insights that ensure our sellers are motivated, effectively coached, and relentlessly focused on winning. You will start as a strategic individual contributor, with the expectation to rapidly scale your impact and team. Along the way, you will get to:

Requirements

  • Relevant GTM/Sales Strategy experience with comp expertise
  • 5+ years in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Finance, or Management Consulting with GTM focus.
  • Proven experience designing and managing complex sales compensation and incentive plans.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strategic communication and influence in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to design strategic frameworks and dive deep into data.
  • Strong ability to translate complex strategies into simple, motivating programs and gain seller buy‑in.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker) and CRM data (Salesforce) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own sales compensation and incentive strategy
  • Own end-to-end compensation strategy and quota design.
  • Model incentive structures to ensure they’re financially sound and tightly aligned to GTM/strategic goals.
  • Drive field performance through competitive frameworks and insights
  • Create and manage performance frameworks (stack ranks, leagues, gamification programs) to foster a high‑performance culture.
  • Deliver actionable performance insights that help managers coach and motivate sellers.
  • Lead strategic pilots and programs that shape seller behavior
  • Design and evaluate pilot programs (e.g., ambassador programs, new incentives).
  • Analyze results and make data-backed recommendations to scale, pivot, or sunset initiatives.
