PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Support enterprise level process improvement and standardization across the revenue cycle organization. The Senior Specialist will collaborate across the Revenue Cycle Organization, corporate, legal, compliance, and the revenue centers to identify and document best in class processes, implement processes through trainings and communication, and ensure they are being followed through the development and roll out of policies & procedures. The Senior Specialist will be responsible for supporting Revenue Cycle Transformation Program by participating and driving process improvement/re-design initiatives including system implementation and re-engineering. The position will be responsible for providing support and driving solution through development of process flow, analytics and communication material.
