The Manager Regional Employee Engagement is a working manager who leads a team of employee engagement specialists while actively participating in the development, execution, and evaluation of strategic internal communications programs for the nuclear corporate organizations. This role combines people management with hands-on responsibility for driving employee awareness, engagement, and alignment with corporate and business unit goals. The manager serves as a key advisor to leadership, fosters a collaborative and accountable team culture, and directly contributes to critical employee notification and engagement initiatives.as it relates to engaging with government and community stakeholders, organizing site visits and public outreach, and support advocacy for nuclear tax credits and policy initiatives.
