As the Recruiting Manager at our Melbourne Headquarters, you will lead and manage a high-volume, technical, and hybrid recruiting function to ensure SCCU attracts, selects, and hires qualified talent to meet current and future workforce demands. Provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and data-driven insights to optimize recruiting performance across multiple job families and locations.
