About The Position

Manages assigned projects; create and execute project plans, lead cross-functional teams for successful on-time completion of projects; coordinate closely with internal and external clients and stakeholders; strong verbal and written communications, identify and mitigates risks, create, and publish project status reports for all organizational levels. Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 years directly managing projects or six years experience related to or in supporting or contributing capacity related to project management will be considered.
• MS Office suite proficient with MS Project, MS Teams, Visio, and Power BI

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of assigned projects from initiation, planning, execution, monitor and controlling, and project closure including budgeting, resource management, customer satisfaction, lessons learned and release to operational status ensuing that the projects are on time, within scope and within budget.
• Create, own, and update project plan, schedule, and project related elements consistently reporting and communicating appropriately throughout the project. All details of the project must be captured in minute detail to identify and manage risks throughout the project and work quickly to resolve any issues and changes.
• Create and maintain extensive project documentation, project budgets, and publish regular project status reports and updates to all identified parties that are accurate, informative, and complete highlighting and recognizing contributions and successes.
• Consistent verbal and written communications skills that meet the need of the entire project, its team and stakeholders easily translating `tech’ speak to `business’ speak ensuring understanding of project status. Must provide exceptional customer service, while championing project management across cross-functional teams and the organization at large.
• Perform project analyzes, measuring performance, success, meet or establish benchmark targets using appropriate tools and techniques, including in regular progress reports to team and upper management.
• Lead and coordinate the project daily, build collaborative teams, immediate project team, other teams including home PCM team.
• Must use effective time management when working with divergent groups or individuals throughout the project, when identifying, developing, and implementing risks mitigation plans for risks and other efforts keeping the project on track.
• Provide leadership and coordination for the project daily, promote team communications, project management at large interacting with other teams including home PCM team.
